You will receive an automatic confirmation email with the content of the accepted order and your details.

Details: 1. The client instructs voWi to search for buyers (open order or exclusive order) for the above mentioned sales objects and / or additionally submitted sales objects with separate lists. The client has decided to choose the following intermediary service: voWi Service (open order or exclusive order): - Search for prospective buyers - Contacting potential buyers at home and abroad - Authorized contact for all prospective buyers - Care of the entire sales process 2. voWi presents the client buyers. The closing of the sale is incumbent on the client by invoicing to the buyer. 3. voWi undertakes to maintain secrecy about the business and trade secrets which have become known from the client in course of its activities. This duty of confidentiality continues even after completion of the order. Documents that voWi has received or will receive from the client in the course of its work must be stored carefully and protected against the inspection of third parties. In the performance of its activities voWi acts loyally and according to the principles of good faith. voWi takes care of the business with the diligence of a proper businessman. 4. The client provides voWi with all documents necessary for the execution of its activities. The client hereby expressly declares that he is the owner of the object (s) to be sold, that he / she has not already sold or pledged and that the respective sales objects are not the subject of a rental or leasing contract, or that third-party rights to the existing sales objects. 5. Order form: Open Order: In the case of an open order, the client can make use of the services of third parties with regard to the respective objects for sale transmitted to voWi. Commission only in case of sale. As remuneration for the open order a commission of the net sales price of the sold objects plus the respective legal value added tax is agreed as follows: Commission rate for already out of service sales objects: (Open Order) up to 100,000 €: 25 % from 100,001 €: 20 % Commission rate for sales objects still in use: (Open Order) up to 100.000 €: 23 % from 100.001 €: 18 % The open order is valid for an indefinite duration and comes into force from the day on which we have received all necessary data and pictures of the equipment(s). The open order can be cancelled in writing at any time. Exclusive Order: The client commits himself not to make use of third-party services in relation to the respective sales objects transmitted to voWi during the duration of the order. All prospective buyers who contact the client directly are referred to voWi by the client. Commission only in case of sale. As remuneration for the exclusive order a commission of the net sales price of the sold objects plus the respective legal value added tax is agreed as follows: Commission rate for already out of service sales objects: (Exclusive Order) up to 50,000 €: 16 %

*You will receive the loyalty discount differently for devices that are already out of service or still in operation and depending on the selling price. From the 5th follow-up order, you will receive the lowest commission rate, as long as you give us a follow-up order within 6 further months. Between the respective follow-up orders, therefore, no more than 6 months may elapse, otherwise the loyalty program starts again, i. e. from the 1st follow-up order. The exclusive order is valid for 1 month * from the day on which all the required data and images of the equipment (s) to be provided are available to us. If he is not terminated in writing 1 week before the expiration date, he will be tacitly extended for another 2 weeks.
